Warren Zeiser on the Future of Leadership in 2021 and Beyond
Warren Zeiser is the founder of We Rise Consulting.
At the age of 23, Warren Zeiser kicked off his entrepreneurial career as the youngest partner in the history of Horizon Foods, a $70 million dollar per year national gourmet food company.
In 2010, Warren transitioned to Regional Sales Director for Maines Paper & Food Service. In just 3 years, he took the struggling Metro New York region from last to first in the company with his high-energy and strong team building approach.
In 2015, Warren was recruited to take over as CEO of Mastroianni Bakery, a 90 year old company on the verge of collapse. Warren helped turn the company around, guided them through bankruptcy and assembled an investment group to purchase the company and keep it alive in upstate NY.
In 2017, Warren turned down offers from the corporate world in order focus his entrepreneurial passion on helping top-level business leaders reach their full potential.
Hence, WeRise Consulting was born.
